Would the renters consider renting the property for a month to 6 weeks, with the understanding the
temporary renters would show it? (My renters have sold their home & need to move someplace on/before 6/28: They could pay $100 per diem as well as a security deposit.) They’d love this house, but they’re waiting for acceptance on a short sale for $610k. Their home in Lake Forest sold for $557,500, and they netted just under $243k; so they are solid folks. Tom & Sheryl (Schardt) do have 3 children, ages 3,6 & 11, but they are all ‘pool safe’ and the mom, Sheryl, is
a stay-home mom. Just a thought. What do you think?
