Internet Advertising
Advertising is an effective tool in marketing a property.
However, less than 3% of all home sales can be directly linked to advertising (per National Association of Realtors).
I do advertise in the Orange County Register, Homes Magazine, Re/Max Magazine, Penny-Saver, Shopper and other periodicals.
Advertising is a medium of marketing which allows ongoing exposure of a home with very little time invested. This allows us to utilize this marketing tool (even though ineffective) while focusing our efforts on effectively marketing a home.
