It is a well established community of 33,000 that features Nellie Gail Ranch, the jewel of South Orange County. The community also features extensive association facilities, sports and recreation and community gatherings. Laguna Hills real estate also features a skateboarding park and a new community center.

As an executive bedroom community, Laguna Hills is one of my favorites because of the plentiful inventory of large view homes with large lots and solid construction. It is also ideally situated close to the 5 freeway and 73 toll road. Some of its most notable communities include Nellie Gail, Stratford Ridge, and Falcon Hill.
