Located within the rolling San Joaquin Hills, Laguna Hills offers some of the highest ranked public schools in the nation. It is a well established community of 33,000 that features Nellie Gail Ranch, the jewel of South Orange County. Nellie Gail Ranch is home to many movie and sports stars as well as a lot of wealthy families.
Many of these properties are zoned for equestrian use and have large homes located on large lots, often including stables. Riding trails and beautifully landscaped streets are a hallmark of this community. A trip through the streets of Nellie Gail Ranch at Christmastime will stun you, as these estates are beautifully decorated with fine Christmas light displays highlighting the beauty of the custom architecture. The community also features extensive association facilities, sports and recreation and community gatherings. Laguna Hills real estate also features a skateboarding park and a new community center.
As an executive bedroom community, Laguna Hills is one of my favorites because of the plentiful inventory of large view homes with large lots and solid construction. It is also ideally situated close to the 5 freeway and 73 toll road. Some of its most notable communities include Nellie Gail, Stratford Ridge, and Falcon Hill.
